NYK 98, BKN 109: Knicks Defense Falters at Barclays

The Knicks offense was able to find a groove after a nine-day break, but Kurt Rambis' team had no answer for Brook Lopez as New York dropped its second game in Brooklyn this season. All five starters scored in double figures, led by Robin Lopez's twin's 33, as the Nets shot 8 for 17 from downtown en route to a 109-98 victory.

Knick of the Night

After saying his team needed him to do "anything and everything" to lead a playoff push, Carmelo Anthony responded tonight with 22 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals.

News and Notes

Kristaps Porzingis swatted three shots in the first quarter alone and finished with 18 points and 8 rebounds. Arron Afflalo scored 17 points on 6-of-9 shooting.
